Creating the Perfect Design:

B-ONE Apparels tailors the design process to meet each client's specific needs. Before diving in, we dedicate ourselves to understanding you and your customers thoroughly. This initial step is crucial in delivering quality products designed for success. Share specific Pantones, decoration sizing, and location preferences with our Team to help visualize your ideas. Our Design Team conducts in-depth research on your organization, collaborates, brainstorms as a team, and experiments with various designs before presenting you with high-quality concepts.

Placing Your Order:

Once you've approved a design concept and chosen a garment, we initiate the creation of a Sales Order. For this step, we require information such as:

  • Garment Color(s)
  • Size Breakdown
  • In-Hands Date

Additional Services:

Our minimum order quantity for Sublimation and embroidery is currently 20 units per style, per color. New clients are encouraged to fill out the New Account Form during this phase to ensure accurate shipping and billing information. Once the Sales Order is complete, we email it to you for thorough review and approval!


Upon your approval of the Sales Order, we seamlessly transition into production! From printing to stitching, our sewing and printing teams stand out in the industry, delivering unparalleled quality on time, every time. We offer a broad range of decoration techniques, ensuring your vision is executed to perfection. Upon completion of production, your order is promptly shipped!
